Join us in supporting the “Beargrass Creek Alliance Cleanup in Cherokee Park”! This event is organized by Kentucky Waterways Alliance and we are honored that our organisation is invited to assist.

Join us Saturday, September 28 for a creek cleanup on Beargrass Creek in Louisville, KY.
Participants should meet at Cherokee Park near the Frisbee/Rugby Field at 10 am for a safety meeting and to get equipped with the necessary supplies provided by Kentucky Waterways Alliance (trash bags, gloves, etc.).
Volunteers should plan to walk the banks to collect trash. Boating conditions may not be ideal at this time of year, so please plan accordingly if you plan to boat. If you plan to participate by boat, please ensure that you have all the proper safety precautions (life jacket, etc.).
