Hello this is Caecilia! You probably remember me and my recent community project. I held two sessions at Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve to teach and demonstrate how to evade invasive species of plants to restore a native plant habitat in support of native pollinators here in Kentucky! If you picked up a brochure at the event and if you attended the session, you learned that in order to keep a balanced Stream Ecosystem, it is essential to support native Pollinators! It is important to support native plant growth and to eliminate invasive plants. Remember that you are the guardians of your environment and that it takes very little effort to make a difference!
